Changing Lives Martial Arts Training Features:
Changing Lives Martial Arts unique class structure is designed for instruction that teaches the basic fundamentals of safe & reliable children's self-defense along with the essential training drills & skills for kids to learn the basics of the ATA martial arts rank system. Within the Changing Lives Martial Arts class curriculum each child will train on their personal goals in achieving a designated rank that is earned through class participation and demonstration of the knowledge. Kids have fun in a clean and safe environment!
Changing Lives Martial Arts Teaching Concept:
The Karate for Kids system is an outstanding class design the enables all children to work on building personal development in such areas of home, school and the community with the Martial Arts Life Skills, Respect, Courtesy, Self-Esteem, Integrity, Self-Control, Respect, Confidence, Perseverance, and Loyalty. All Karate for Kids classes are taught utilizing safe practices, fun and exciting instructional methods available for this age group. Your child will actively participate to obtain his/her own personal goals. This is a great way for kids to get in shape with exercise and having fun!
ATA Awards:
A Victory Star is awarded for outstanding performance in karate class, school, home or tournament competition. Victory Stars may be placed on the Victory Patch and are awarded for the following:

Gold – Straight A's, honor roll or significant improvement in school, improved teacher to instructor/parent report
Silver – Special performance
Blue – Monthly themes, weekly lessons or classroom performance, parents at home wish lists,
Red – Tournament participation
