CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA  - Changing Lives ATA Martial Arts has announced plans for joining  Apple Tree Learning Center for an upcoming . Kidz N Power event. Senior Master Thomas and his team of Instructors will be utilizing the Safety Awareness Tips from Srgt Safety and the Kidz' n power program.

Sexual Assault Awareness Training. In recognition of this, Krav Maga Official Training Centers in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, Virginia are offering FREE rape prevention seminars for women as a service to the community. A FREE 3 DAY COURSE is available for all females from ages 15 yrs and up until December 1st, 2009. All classes are free and will be held at one of the Changing Lives Martial Arts facilities.
