ATA is a renowned training facility and is a worldwide association with over one million members since its conception in 1969 in Omaha, Nebraska by Grand Master Haeng Ung Lee.

Changing Lives ATA Martial Arts has been serving our community since 1991 in Hampton Roads and now offers four outstanding facilities that serve both Virginia Beach and Chesapeake.

Our Team of Instructors and Changing Lives Staff is proud of its accomplishments as Virginia’s Best Of the Beach and Chesapeake city wide award year after year.
