Last weekend I had the privilege of attending the instructor/rapid-rank camp led by Master Thomas. This was an amazing experience that basically squeezed eight weeks of training into two days that helped me gain experience and level up as an instructor.

During these two days I learned new forms, practices board breaks, worked on sparring drills and the qualities and skills it takes to be an instructor, all under the experienced guidance of Master Thomas and the Changing Lives staff. This was an unforgettable experience that everyone should do at least once and is both mentally and physically challenging, allowing each student to make a huge jump towards their potential.
