Songham Taekwondo training has been rewarding for Skyler and Makayla. ATA's values of discipline and respect has an obvious impact in their childhood development. They display more respect to others and enjoy their accomplishments.

Last weekend I had the privilege of attending the instructor/rapid-rank camp led by Master Thomas. This was an amazing experience that basically squeezed eight weeks of training into two days that helped me gain experience and level up as an instructor.
